please pay for your parking spot here and fill out the registration form below by February 1st to get your tag. if you prefer to pay in cash or check to avoid prepossessing fee (tax) you can fill out the form and slip an envelope with your name and plate number through the slot on the front door at 316 E 4th.  $15 Minimum $50 monthly Minimum $200 per year
